Returns and refunds

You can ask to return items within 30 days of your order. Open your order from your confirmation email (or find it on the Find your order page) and press Request a return.

We'll email you what to do next. Items should come back unused and in their original packaging unless they arrived damaged or wrong. Once a return is approved, the refund goes to the card you paid with.

Some products ship directly from the brand that makes them; for those, the brand's own return address may apply, and we'll tell you which one.
